obviously overwatch has countless flaws more glaring than this one, but it is an interesting choice to have allied ultimates announced with their characters' english voice lines, and enemy ultimates announced by their characters' non-english voice lines. i'm sure it's not something blizzard put any thought into, at least from a political perspective, but the implications of "english=ally, non-english=enemy" are pretty obviously bad
