cohost clone except:
- max one post per hour
- max one comment per hour
- max one share per hour
- site is updated at the top of the hour with new content
then you do site-wide fuzzy text search across all posts using an FST which is rebuilt one per hour. cheap fast search!
you can also batch and pipeline operations, and can maybe offload work to spot instances for more savings
moderation overhead might even be reduced by the simple fact you can't make bad posts as fast
you dont even have to be prompt about releasing content at the top of the hour. just kinda. the posts will begin to emerge when the sun hits their burrow. with luck and patience you may be blessed with one
