i could do a houseboat if I had a space to work on my cars/bikes. tbh. and if I could have internet. The marinas seems mostly pleasant to live in. but...half a mil...agh

Also none of the empty lots are actually buildable at this point. A few years ago I went through the exercise of checking a bunch of them out and they were all on protected wetlands or an archeological site or on an extremely steep slope.
