Yet another massive study (N = ~222k) confirms that stimulant-type ADHD medication sharply improves health outcomes, including reduced risk of death. How many times do we have to prove this before doctors and governments stop treating the stuff like poison?

Oh that's really interesting! I'm not sure it applies to me as much as I'd like given I have a heart condition (Probably. It runs in the family and I have The Signs (tm) but not the time or money to really confirm it) but it's good to know for everyone else I know on it at least

I'm on concerta as well and it's not doing a whole lot at least compared to what I was hoping for. But it's helping me for my current workload so honestly I'm debating dropping it in a year or two anyways so I'm not to worried as of yet it just means that I can't up the dose to try and find one that might work better. I'm on I think 55mg for context. Not that I'm looking for advice but just for anyone reading that might be thinking about starting it or whatever and might want a broader range of others experiences and all that
