I'm struggling doing some IPA tone transcriptions. is the tone of first sound [ɘ] low or untoned in the first and then high or raising in the second one? and the [i] in [bis] is untoned in the first and raising or untoned in the second?

ɘbis (and some tones)

I don't have the most relevant experience here and honestly probably wouldn't say anything if anybody else had already commented, so take this with a massive grain of salt. But I have spent some time practicing listening to Japanese pitch accent, and if you look at it through that lens, the first sounds like a low -> high pattern and the second a high -> low pattern
