in the time it took to write this comment i thought about offering three or four review tips but then decided "actually. no, it's fine. if it works it works"
politely resolving all code review comments with "but it works" and force pushing it to main
sorry! just doing hot girl stuff over here!!
(python debugging exceeded an amount of time that I threw my hands in the air and went "fine, i'm going somewhere that i'll know exactly what type each thing is, and I can do concurrency easier to boot" and ya know what, it worked)
