and there's still covid and it's still scary and there's still no precautions it's all just fucked aaaaaa

I walk my dogs plenty. It's inside places with other people. Shopping? Terrifying. Museum or theater? Hell no. Conventions? Used to be a huge thing in my life, now completely off limits.

I know outdoors is super safe (for covid, relative to indoor / crowded spaces), but my brain has wired up that "everything beyond my door is danger" and I now have anxiety for doing any outside things
