idk if this does anything for you but i had invisalign last year and then i got my wisdom teeth removed, so i've had to wait several business months to get new sets of trays and in the meantime they left the anchors on my teeth. so now i just have weird bumpy teeth that occasionally slice my inner lip and cheek tissue a little
