I just read that the Kenari language in Andor is a blend of Portuguese, Spanish, and Magyar so I guess sometime this weekend I'm gonna have to find all the parts of episodes with it and try to parse what's there lol
being a linguist and conlanger Star Wars nerd is hell, everything they do with languages is likely terrible but I'm compelled each time to try to figure it out and hope it's less bad. Like I've been analyzing the Huttese corpus a lot lately (mostly the more recent pidgin-y stuff, not the nonsense-Quechua-sentences stuff lol) and also tried to figure out Snivvian grammar from the random art-related sentences that were in holonet or something?
