same hat but for autogenerated closed-captioning. as someone with hearing difficulties (and hearing aids!) they fail specifically at the point where I need them the most. actually useless.

The brazenness of this quote, along with him describing live service as some sort of exciting "technology shift" has just kind of had me at a loss for words all morning. In a just world, this guy should be facing a chorus of Boos and a storm of tomatoes being hurled at him.
