Wilk was a male sentient wolf from the Forest Moon of Endor who was born a mutant. Upon the discovery of Wilk's mutation, his mother abandoned him, leaving him to fend for himself. Wilk was then found by the hermit Bloch, who took him in and taught him how to speak.
