Concept: old-school, high-lethality, adversarial, dungeon-crawling TTRPG with miniatures moulded from play-doh, in the vein of Necromolds. When your character dies, the DM gets to smush them into extra-dangerous monsters. When the party runs out of loose play-doh to cast new party members, they have to retreat and their assault on the dungeon fails. Different classes are balanced by literally having bigger moulds that take a bigger volume of clay to cast, and thus 'wager' more of the party's limited resource to put into play.
