i'm glad i'm getting to the technical interview stage with a couple places now at least, bc i've been pretty worried about how long it'll take to get a job again considering how many other software ppl just got laid off
but also the whole process sucks
really not looking forward to the couple upcoming ones bc they're the kind that are just "please regurgitate java documentation to us". those don't give me much hope for the place being very nice to work, either. i very much prefer when interviews are focused on seeing your thought process etc rather than useless shit like that
ugh just got out of one and they were like. trying to ask me about specific methods to call in Spring Boot and Hibernate which i haven't used in over half a year and apparently just deleted from my brain
