If you are looking for Cute and Sweet then def check out My Love Story!! it's very low-key and fuzzy and just about two anxious high schoolers that are TOTAL sweethearts learning how to open up

i have good memories of Honey and Clover, Bloom into you and Horimiya fwiw (and if u want smth comedy w a dash of romance, i'd recommend Ouran Host Club and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun)
Yagate Kimi ni Naru is pretty nice! Kaguya sama is more comedy than romance and it takes a few eps before it finds its groove. Dusk maiden of amnesia is good but it dives into a murder mystery as it's main backbone so might not be what you're looking for. The best one I can give you will definitely be Ouran High School host club as that's just evergreen.
Also it's not romance (unfortunately it falls more into the category of yuri bait) but for something really sweet and uplifting, I really do recommend Sound Euphonium! There's two seasons and they deal with a lot of issues in kinder and gentler ways.
I’ve seen: Kimi ni Todoke, Lovely Complex, Revolutionary Girl Utena**(not sweet but if you like Evangelion, messed up love kind of scenario this is insanely good)
