At some point musicians are going to have to accept that the only way we can get meaningful change is by organizing.
Guilting people into changing platforms or buying music on Bandcamp will barely move the needle if at all. We need regulations and unionization if we want to affect change.
I would recommend checking out Union of Musicians and Allied Workers in their campaign for music workers rights. They have local regional chapters as well as opportunities to organize remotely.
We can't keep doing this every year. Our advocacy for change has to be active.
