Tumblr in the early 10s allowed you to edit other people's posts as if they were the ones who posted it. Also there was no way to tell if the post was edited. This was obviously terrible and often lead to bullying people off the site like Hank Green.

Oh I think I remember reading some folks talking about that and then one of them (@nex3 maybe?) managed to use css crimes to post something as though it was @shel's, I think?). That was many months ago though, and it's as close as cohost has gotten (save for multiple-owners shenanigans) thus far
