I got a new case manager because my previous case manager either quit or was fired, and then I got an even newer case manager because they were short staffed for a while and wanted to redistribute the clients to lighten their workers' loads. Which is fine and dandy and even great, except I am now in limbo waiting for my New new case manager to get back to me after I tried to call him and follow up over email. ahhhhhh (dats me yellin)
