I'm sorry but horses are basically defined by their tendency to just fucking die as soon as they trip over anything. if we're talking lion taur or even goat taur then perhaps, but a traditional horse body will irreparably break an ankle if it even thinks about putting its foot in the wrong place

There is no perfect body type. Each of us evolved with no intention for perfection, and humans ability to create tools using their tree-climbing hands is just a wierd side effect. A pretty awesome side effect though.
