and I gotta say, I'm struck by how the general direction of the corporate-interests internet seems to have completely up-ended since the AI boom started, from a highly controlled, locked down experience that makes things advertiser friendly to "you can ask our brand anything you want, any way you want, until it says something embarrassing to us" and the best boosters can come up with is "well eventually it'll get smart enough not to get pranked"
Brands won so thoroughly when killing the open internet that it's like they've forgotten why they tamped down on user expression in the first place
