old tweetdeck and old twitter layouts make it possible to right-click and save videos while on twitter - does that help anything?
i've used cobalt in the past to download things from twitter, which works pretty well and it has a free api and the option to self-host which is neat
ive been using vxtwitter and fxtwitter to download videos and gifs from twitter... if u change da link to https://vxtwitter.com/dir/RinRinne39/status/1480026090836230152 it gives u da video directlyfrom twitter ..
actualy wait im stupid .. i forgot that for some reason the /dir/ thing doesnt work anymore ... However if u post a vxtwitter link on like discord u can download the embedded video ... at least on mobile.
