Lowtown bars have a bad rap, touted as wild and dangerous places you would never want to be caught in after dark- partly due to Lowtown's general reputation... as a wild and dangerous place you would never want to be caught in in general.
Some, however, would argue that they're safer than their loftier counterparts. Much safer.
