I love the colors you used for all the birds, they allow the mind to fill in the blanks for the scene every bird is in, the Murrelet especially!
The Kakapo is my favorite of the bunch. It's seldom-seen in media despite being critically endangered, and it has an "earthy" palette I don't see in a lot of other birds.
