Just got my paws on the manuals for Mario Kart Super Circuit, Pokémon Sapphire, and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town, none of which had good scans anywhere online, so I scanned them myself!
I'm still learning a good way to scan these, and I left the booklets bound when I scanned them, but I may end up re-scanning them if I can see how to safely remove the staples and reinsert them after scanning.
