I went around youtube's adblocker enforcement using Youtube Anti Adblock Bypass on Mozilla and it's not really an issue for me anymore, but it's still such an infuriating insufferable invasion of privacy.
No store has the right to kick down your door just for stealing a loaf of bread, they hold no authority to scrounge through your home. The fact youtube, with their BILLIONS of dollars, believes they have the right to rob the time of those who may barely have an hour left in the day for themselves, and even hold it at ransom, in the sake of a little more money is downright detestable.

There’s official complaints being made to EU regulatory bodies because (from what’s being claimed) to do this YouTube has to analyze data from your browser when you connect, and legally they should not be able to do that without explicit consent. Curious to see what’s gonna happen there
