It’s not a special bug, other than the fact that I took the shot while up in the Arctic circle and the insects there are incredibly relaxed with you getting up close.
This is one of my favourite photos because it’s just kinda weird. Taken with an iPhone 6 with an Olloclip 10x macro lens, there’s some great detail coupled with the obvious limitations of such a setup that create some fun results.
I think I tweaked the colours in VSCO, while I was using the app before they got their heads stuck up their own asses.
