Just the 180 degree turn (since most mattresses these days have some sort of built-in topper).

Yeah, it used to be that, but most mattresses (mine included) have some sort of built-in topper. So just turn it 180 degrees, keeping the same side up.

Even if two use it! Unless you both have legs that are as big as your torsos. Which would be weird but would save you some work.
