I've played a lot of Phasmo and Phasmo-likes and I think it might have the very best push-pull mechanics in the genre.

You really should! The video recording mechanic eggs you on by encouraging risky/dumb/funny behaviour, but the limited amount of footage (1:30 maximum) builds in an automatic timer on missions. The fact that you need the camera to progress also means that- even if it's very unsafe to do so- players have to push to retrieve it.
Then after it's all wrapped up everyone sits down on a couch together and watches the footage (and YouTube comments).
