Concept: Turn-based strategy/4X game where the map is a large estate and you play as a colony of sapient, hiveminded, malicious rats. Your goal is to explore the house, expand your control of the rooms by chewing through walls, steal food and breed to grow the colony. Eventually, when your rat colony has grown big enough, the win condition is to devour the house's inhabitants in their sleep (thus completing the summoning ritual of some kind of rat deity). But until then, you have to carefully weigh your actions to avoid alarming the house's residents more and more, which causes them to lay traps and eventually call in the exterminator.
