in my continuing effort to Stay Organized i've started really getting into the habit of writing down my plans, as well as writing in my planner whenever i accomplish anything. i think that physical act of writing down my accomplishments helps keep me focused AND reminds me that even when i "think" i haven't gotten anything done in a while, i have concrete evidence that some effort was made.
so that being said;
- job work, polishing up the jump & landing animation for the boss i'm working on, starting on effects and keyframes for her attack animations. (unfortunately i will not be posting any of it as i am under NDA.)
- Sorceress STG work; mostly focusing on final assets, character designs, and rough drafts for the stages that are left to be done. i got really caught up trying to make sure the stuff in there was 100% perfect to my vision, but i know my vision is subject to change as time goes on, so i should prioritize getting stuff like draft maps done for the other stages first.
- more Sorceress VN work -- i've been real excited to flesh this one out and do more with the characters in the universe, stuff i wouldn't be able to get away with in the shmup. plus it's kinda fun doing something new. :)
