  • layer betrayer -- an entity that looks like it lingers in the background but is actually fair game for collision, or vice versa
  • bevis -- humorously-named toilet seat manufacturer, "get yourself a bevis" etc (edit: its actually bemis and i misspelled the toilet seat brand i have been thinking about for years twice in a row)
  • flip the dick -- to turn something on its head, turnabout, reversal, gyakuten etc
  • Winning Post 5 -- ps2 horse racing game, or a commendation for a post well-crafted
  • delivering pizza to a castle under siege -- term to describe how the timing of comment / criticism / etc is often what makes it constructive or unconstructive
  • white people game -- action roguelite with rich metaprogression features
  • pepperami mascot body type -- description of genshin impact characters
  • Are You Fuckin'? -- short form of "are you fucking kidding me" to save time
  • timeshift-like -- shorthand description of the great and diverse range of "mid" mid-2000s games where you have cool powers (is viewtiful joe a timeshift-like? you will see the tears of time)
  • the slurper -- coffee youtube guy
