how would you make a paper mario-esque ttrpg... whatre the important things to put in it
i feel like two things you gotta have are:
-action commands (presumably this is done by rolling dice. most of the time its just a regular hit but on a high roll you do more damage and on a low roll you miss, etc)
-shared pool of magic points across all party members
Badges, I think are important. Instead of spell slots, you have badge items you can equip, unequip, or buy and sell.
