normally id just sorta. fold it inwards and internalise until it goes away, but too many creatures seem to care about me nowadays for it to feel right treating myself like a landfill for toxic waste zhese days

also, talking about zhings wizh someone you trust can be a good way to let out some anger in a controlled way. rants can be cazhartic, and you don't need to Post to rant about stuff. sometimes just having someone listen to you is what you need. depends on zhe kinda zhing zhough.

Sublimating anger sometimes works, by creating very angry art of one kind or another. I often blow off steam with particularly violent video games, or I find someone who's willing to let me rant. There are also energy techniques for earthing emotions, dunno if they're actually magic but they work; I learned them from a book called Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner.

But no matter what, you need to take care of yourself! You deserve better than to bottle things up inside, because if there's one thing I know about bottling emotions, it's that those bottles inevitably leak.
