I had a split-second reaction of "hey, I think it looks cool! When will the undue hate for modernist art and architecture end" but then I saw the water 
And it's not even like this most of the time! Here is a picture of it as the Baja Blast Fountain (photo I took July last year)
I remember seeing this when I visited and being so confused
At least when its blue or green you know it's that color because of a dye or something. But the awful brown looks so nasty lol what the hell are they thinking
if it's the same kind of planners we get out east they're probably thinking "a park is a perfect place to install the sewer outflow, nobody will ever notice"
