I love Metroid and I love Samus, but I'm always kinda miffed that she's drawn so perfect/pretty
Girl has got two kinds of bird and also Metroid dna in there. Plus, at the start of Fusion, she says how when her power suit was suegicially removed, it drastically changed how she looked.
The suit was fused to her, there is no reason for her to have a flawless body with no scars or hunks missing from her.
Draw her scrunkly and fucked up! Metroid has always been inspired by horror games and the whole concept of the x infection and Metroid vaccine is some great body horror but we never see the effects of that, besides the fusion suit being very sleek.
(This has always bugged me I can't be the only one who feels this way)
