i think i've found a good way to encourage movement for my sedentary rabbit and it's very stupid: he goes nuts whenever he hears me go into the kitchen and open the fridge (assumes it's veggie time). i leave his pen open in the living room area and every time i come out of the kitchen he dashes out of the pen to see if i brought him anything. it's embarrassing how much this has worked, he will run out EVERY time
