When I got mine drawn they kept telling me how much of a brave man I was and I just assumed they weren't told what it was for. Sorry your experience was awful though.
oh yeah no it's par for the course as a masc presenting transfem but they do look at what they're testing for in the requisition form so they should be able to see my preferred name on the sheet, cause that's on there, and the fact that the "nonbinary/prefer not to say" option is checked and that they're testing for estrogen levels and put it together
