I don't know any picrews but I know a few artists that do good work, for when you got the money.
I think the artist who did my dragon is taking a hiatus from comms sadly, they got a job that has taken up a lot of time and they mostly do art for themselves now. I'll check though cause I feel like you'd get along great with them.
