as always i am a big fan of tom scott and his insistence on having Good Subtitles for all his videos. also really like seeing that newer videos (ones done since multiple audio tracks have been an option on youtube) include audio description tracks and an optional dub track for non-english-speaking interview subjects. one of the only people taking his job as "independent tv presenter" seriously.

my national broadcaster, the A(ustralian)BC, recently started offering AD content on their free streaming platform which is really good imo: https://help.abc.net.au/hc/en-us/articles/360001554676-Audio-Description-AD-on-ABC-Television
It's great that someone still puts effort into their own subtitles, but I still wish YouTube didn't remove community subtitles.

James Hoffmann just published a taste test of like 50 artificial creamers and used an alternate audio track to provide a “slurp-free” edit. Which was much appreciated in this household.
