im mad that the current iteration/neologism of 'ai' is making ppl think that computers are alive. not bc i think they aren't but bc now i can't talk about them being alive in the way i mean, which is the way trees are alive or the way the breeze is alive, an animist view of consciousness and living, bc ppl will just think i mean it in the current anthropocentric view of life and consciousness and that's stupid
