It doesn't say that explicitly but the color of the twist ties on mass-produced bread tells you what day of the week it was produced, so you can tell if you've had bread sitting around for a week
... usually. I have let mass-produced bread sit for a month and it was still usable and sickeningly soft and moist-feeling after all that time not a thing wrong with it, it was Concerning
It was store brand but I think they buy from Bimbo Bakeries (which is the funniest company name)
