Atmospheric black metal that incorporates classical and ambient elements, Votum Silentii is a fantastic album. I can’t wait to hear more from this project. Highly recommended.
Nachtengeist/Quotidian Purgatory - split
A decent split between two bands playing mid-paced USBM. Both bands consist of the same members, so the similarity of their sounds isn't surprising. If you’re into black metal, go listen.
Raze – Demo
15 minutes of killer hardcore punk from California, you don’t want to sleep on Raze’s demo. I’m not a big fan of this genre, but this E.P. has been playing nonstop for the past week. It’s a free release too, so you have no excuse not to go snag a copy.
