OK, genuinely, Jinai is one of my favourite characters I have ever written, and idk if that's a sign of my writing improving, or if I just feel for her right now, but in my head she has so many layers.
Like those paintings that, when examined under x-ray, reveal multiple draft versions and sketches underneath? I strive to write her that way. She dresses like the sort of person who likes to feel the sun on her skin, but has the temperament of a storm or an overcast day. The wanderlust of her teenhood has evolved into, just, a desire to keep running away...I just always have feelings about her ok
