while this is mostly a joke post, the amount of ppl i have encountered in my short time programming who are like "lol, CSS is such a joke, not a real programming language lmao" who then go on to have a full-on "need to take a walk" meltdowns when they can't debug why something isn't laying out properly (which i then go in and fix in a few minutes) is staggeringly high
literally the NUMBER ONE tip for debugging CSS in MDN's guide is "take a break" and people are like "yeah, this definitely is the easiest thing in the world"
