first “run”! basically only on and off jogged for the first half of the run and then power walked the rest of the way, but i was okay with doing that anyway. it’s easy to set a high time to make it easy to beat… i think slow incremental increases is the way to go
it’s also weird running with someone else, bc i never want to keep running when they stop so i can’t Really go at my own pace, but also they motivate me to Actually get up and run on time. much to consider…
