we’ve encountered our first casualty: a bug flew into my eye within the first three minutes
that aside, i was able to run until i got within the park today! i reached the bottom of the hill i run up to finish and gassed out there. the run back was also a bit slower than the last at parts but faster at others.
i feel like within the next month, i’m going to run out of “free” timesave that i get from just not walking at all and then i’ll really have to grind to capital-r Run instead of just jogging. for now though, i’m enjoying the ramp up, seeing as how i hated running my whole life and basically refused to do it except for my high school P.E. class where i had to run the mile every wednesday.
remember running a mile once a week for P.E.? that was fucking wack
