proud of this one. only took me a few minutes to do from start to finish having never seen it before, all while writing psuedocode and explaining my process aloud which i'm still getting used to. the only thing i had to look up is how to floordiv in JS bc i was only used to Python lol

javascript's number handling is like More Normal than python's in this regard but this is one of the many practical ways in which it sucks
