last night i had an idea for an oracle deck— well, okay, a second idea, but the first idea isn’t quite in any position for me to share anything from it yet since i don’t know what it’s going to look like. since i have a better sense of this one, i feel okay sharing this screenshot of thirteen of the eighteen cards i have written for it.
what i’m going for here is the sort of feeling of late autumn/early winter, in that span of time just before the solstice where everything is dying and the world is getting dark. i’d like this to be a legacy deck of sorts (with the caveat that burning small pieces of paper is not necessarily the safest thing to do, though that is the intended use.)
next on the list is, of course, what the actual oracle is. i’m thinking numbers are involved, but beyond that i’m still turning this over in my head.
