Made a quilt for my neighbor's new baby
wow wow wow! really love the colors and back quilting on this one
that's so so cool!!! there's something so very pleasing about tracing the arcs and angles of the stitching on the back. how long does something like this take to make? :Oc
It took me two sewing sessions, a couple of hours each (first to make the whole front of the quilt, second to quilt the layers together and bind the edges). If I had a full day free to work I probably could have done it in one, this is a pretty small quilt (roughly a 40 inch square).
with the way this one is done on the front it's almost like stained glass!!! very pretty & extremely cool :)
