hell yeah, such a good game. Cha classes get so much love in that game, esp Bard
ooh boy i bet... god its gonna be so weird to start from scratch. i was considering using my older dnd character lymnae but they dont have genasi so i was thinking maybe i could make her like a half elf sorcerer or something
it also mostly stems from there only being two Cha characters by default (one of which requiring some pretty nasty decisions to recruit) if you don't respect the party members, so they really do seem to point you towards being the talky character if you make a custom character
HMMMMMM... i may spring for lymnae after all. sorcerers run off cha dont they (shes been a bard and a warlock so i wanna play something different)
yep, warlocks, bards, sorcerers, and paladins all use Cha for spellcasting. I ended up Lore Bard 5/GOO Pact of the Tome Warlock 7
oh shit they have a GOO PACT OPTION????
(i know it means great old ones. i just thought it was funny the first time i looked at it. pact of SLIME)
The Pact options are pretty fun, they made Tome be good (it's level 5 feature gives you a free once per LR Haste, Call Lightning, and Create Undead), Blade gives you the Hexblade's use of Cha for attack rolls since Hexblade isn't in the game.
