it's the same apartment, just a new lease. hopefully they dont raise our rent too much...
other than a few kinda pissy emails about dog poop, the landlord is usually Fine. but they did redo the laundry room and the parking lot this year so i wouldn't be surprised if rent got raised to "compensate" for that
oh thank god our rent only got raised by $50. i'll accept it
